introduction and support.

How the release version of Papyrus comes via internet:
You will get a personal serialized installer, your personal, individual serialisation key number (needed once while the installation process) and the Papyrus installation files, split into floppy-disc-fitting files (three or four is the amount, at the moment; around 5 MB overall), so that you can make floppy-(of course CD is possible as well, also)-based backups of your Papyrus (if you want, you don't have to).
So please make sure that you have around 5 - 6 MB free email space in your account.
Also included is a step by step installation guide, how to use the serial number key and the installation files in detail, of course.
You can install your Papyrus from whatever medium you want, when you have received all of your Papyrus files - from a temporary harddisk folder, from floppy discs or from a CD where you burnt your email-received Papyrus files onto.
You are entitled to cost-free minor updates via internet email attachement for all newer Papyrus versions of the same level (currently Papyrus version 8.xx; V.9 coming soon).
Major upgrades will be cheaper or cost-free to you, if they will be released within a quarter of a year after you have purchased a Papyrus copy from an authorized Papyrus dealer.
Of course your credit card won't be charged until we sent all the files to you.
If you wish 16/32 Systems offer a CD version with all files with serialisation key number sent to you by email. This obviously takes a little longer due to snail mail.
You can order via the 16/32 Systems Web Shop where all major credit cards and debit card are accepted.
Rom Logic also have a SSL order form for Papyrus on our homepage, if you do not want to give it away via normal email (wherewith we didn't remind any problems, till now, because normally you have six weeks of re-billing rights within your credit card account, if something wrong happened to it, but this never have been noticed at our customers), or you can fax it to ++49 / 30 / 49997372 (together with a complete order, please - we never will bill you tw ice for giving an order twice, our database - Papyrus ;-) - is clever enough of kicking out "order dublettes"). Universities, governments, institutes and schools please send us official order forms and an announcement for their way of payment, when this has to be different to credit card payment (payment costs then belong to the recipient of the merchandise).
Please email / fax / send us a copy of your legal immatriculation. Papyrus versions for students are without any restrictions. Student versions are not transferable respectively only might be sold to persons who send us a copy of their legal immatriculation.
Student prices can not be mixed up with other discounts.
